Despite backing up starter Willis McGahee, Baltimore Ravens running back Le’Ron McClain managed to make discerning fantasy football owners very happy in Week 5. The second-year pro rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries, also catching two passes for 12 yards, in a 13-10 loss to Tennessee.

McClain is becoming less a fantasy dark-horse, having tallied a touchdown in each of his last three games. And with McGahee continuing to struggle, the former Alabama standout should keep excelling.

McClain will go up against a suspect Colts defense in Week 6, so don’t hesitate to start him if you’re in a bind at running back. And if he’s still a free agent in your league, make sure to snatch him before others start to take notice.
