At this time of the year in fantasy football, everyone is looking for that fill-in to help when they're facing a bye-week dilemma. Fantasy participants are also scouring the waiver wire and free-agent list for players who will be getting the call to step in for an injured starter. Late-season trades usually don't happen, so your best bet to find a temporary points producer is to do your research; better yet, let RealFootball365.com do it for you!

Who has the time to read all of the expert advice on the various fantasy football Web sites? Who wants to take the chance of getting caught by those sneaky information technology guys at work when they're trying to find a free-agent fantasy sub? If you are looking for immediate fantasy help for a bye week or an injured starter, look to Kansas City. Yes, the lowly Chiefs have a couple of players you should immediately pick up from the free-agent pool before someone else in your league beats you to it.

The Chiefs, although lousy, have two offensive players who are quickly getting fantasy attention. Kansas City quarterback Tyler Thigpen and wide receiver Mark Bradley should be picked up right now, if only to prevent your opponents from benefiting from them. Thigpen, who has gained a permanent hold on the starting job in Kansas City, has completed 65 percent of his passes and has thrown for six touchdowns and no interceptions over the past three games. He has also thrown 124 straight passes without an interception. He is an excellent quarterback option for a bye week or for an injured starter.

Bradley caught nine passes for 81 yards and a touchdown in last week's game against San Diego. He is now starting in Kansas City and has become a favorite target of Thigpen. Bradley has 18 receptions over his last three games. Thigpen is only owned in 21 percent of the Yahoo! fantasy leagues, while Bradley is available in 90 percent of the Yahoo! leagues.
