It’s pretty hard to find a fantasy football diamond in the rough this late in the season. That said, sometimes fortune will smile on discerning fantasy owners, especially in leagues with a relatively high number of teams or a relatively low number of ignorant competitors.

New Orleans Saints running back Pierre Thomas is a good example. A lot of folks either dropped Thomas or left him on the waiver wire when it was learned that Reggie Bush would be returning to the lineup. However, despite Bush’s return, Thomas continues to produce solid fantasy numbers.

Sunday, for example, he finished with 102 rushing yards and a touchdown in a 29-25 win against Atlanta Falcons, giving him double-digit points for the fourth straight week.

Obviously, if he’s still available in your league, snatch him up quickly.
