Here are the top 10 fantasy football placekickers:

1. NEIL RACKERS

The strong-legged and accurate Rackers went 40-of-42 on field goals last year and hit 20 point-after attempts for the Arizona Cardinals. Sure, he's the top-notch kicker out there for fantasy football; however, don't make too many early strides to get him.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

2. MIKE VANDERJAGT

Coming from one strong offensive team to another, Vanderjagt shouldn't have a problem putting up good numbers this year. Dallas has a strong offense that can move the ball downfield. Vanderjagt hit 23-of-25 field goals last season and notched 52 PAT's.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

3. ADAM VINATIERI

One of the most solid fantasy kickers in the game, Vinatieri's track record is as good as it can possibly be. Moving into an indoor environment can only benefit Vinatieri's kicking game even more. Vinatieri went 20-of-25 field goals last year and piled up 40 extra points. The Colts are a team that can put up points, so the former Patriot is in luck.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

4. JAY FEELY

Feely had a great season in 2005, making 35-of-42 field goals and a total of 43 PAT's. The Giants' offense is vastly improved, which means counting out Feely continuing the same success in 2006 is unwise.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

5. LAWERNCE TYNES

Since Tynes plays on the Chiefs, passing on him in the latter rounds isn't smart. The high-scoring Kansas City offense should give the kicker plenty of room to succeed. Tynes went 27-of-33 on field goals and made 44 PAT's last year.

Draft Round Estimate: 10th-11th Round

6. MATT STOVER

Fantasy owners are hoping Steve McNair brings some offense to the Ravens. Hopefully reuniting McNair and Mason will provide more points for the Ravens in general. Stover has been a consistent fantasy kicker the last several seasons and there is no reason not to take him this year. He buried 30-of-34 attempts last season.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

7. SHAYNE GRAHAM

The only downfall for Graham will be if Carson Palmer isn't healthy. Backup QB Anthony Wright just won't get the job done like Palmer would. Still, Graham is still a very strong-legged kicker and is worth a pick. He'd be even more worth it if Palmer is in for the start of the regular season. Graham went 28-of-32 on field goals and had 20 extra points last year.

Draft Round Estimate: 9th-10th Round

8. JEFF WILKINS

Wilkins is a proven fantasy kicker. With all their starters healthy, the Rams are looking to explode on offense in '06. After missing just four of 31 attempts last season, there's no reason not to grab Wilkins this year.

Draft Round Estimate: 10th-11th Round

9. JOSH BROWN

The Seahawks' kicker may not be great, but Seattle can put him in position for three points more often than not. Brown hit 72 percent of his attempts in '05.

Draft Round Estimate: 10th-11th Round

10. NATE KAEDING

Kaeding hit 21-of-24 field goals last year, but the inexperience of QB Philip Rivers could hinder his number of opportunities. However, he's worth a selection late in your draft.

Draft Round Estimate: 10th-11th Round
