Player: Al Wilson - Denver Broncos

Next Opponent: San Diego Chargers

Fantasy owners should keep a close eye on Al Wilson, for as he goes, so goes the Denver Broncos' defense. Wilson is not only the heart and soul of that unit, but also its best player and a key run-stuffer. There is simply no replacement for his production and leadership.

Outlook: Wilson is likely out next week with a sprained neck, when the Broncos travel to San Diego to face a red-hot Chargers squad. Facing the prospect of going up against all-world running back LaDainian Tomlinson without its key man in the middle, the Denver Broncos' defense does not appear to be a very viable fantasy football prospect in Week 14. Go with that unit if you must, but consider picking up a free agent defense.
