San Francisco kicker Joe Nedney was fined $7,500 for flipping off a 49er fan who was heckling him during the 49ers' loss to New Orleans last weekend.

Commentary: The 49ers' frustration is boiling over.

Fantasy Football Impact: Nedney is obviously upset that he hasn't gotten many chances this year. He looked like a pretty good fantasy pick before the season, but the 49ers have been terrible on offense. No one should own Nedney, who is next to last in scoring by kickers with just 32 points.
