The good news is that Denver quarterback Jay Cutler does not have a broken leg. The bad news remains that his left leg is badly bruised and the quarterback is questionable for the Broncos' game in Kansas City on Sunday. If Cutler can't play, Patrick Ramsey would start and the Broncos would have to sign someone to back up Ramsey because Denver keeps only two quarterbacks.

Commentary: Like so many teams, the Broncos have had a lot of injuries on offense. Already without two starting linemen, two tight ends and receiver Javon Walker, this won't help a team that isn't very good on defense either.

Fantasy Football Impact: The quality of quarterbacks continues to decline this season. If Cutler is out, the Broncos will become the 18th team to start someone other than their No. 1 guy at some point this season. Ramsey replaced Cutler against Detroit and completed 63 percent of his passes for 262 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Ramsey is actually pretty similar to Cutler - strong arm, decent mobility - so there might not be that big of a dropoff in fantasy results.
