Carson Palmer and the Cincinnati Bengals could have their full complement of receivers this week, with Chris Henry coming back from a suspension and Chad Johnson returning from a strained neck suffered Sunday against Buffalo. The team activated Henry on Monday, after the wayward receiver had served his eight-game suspension and been reinstated by the NFL. Johnson had tests on his neck and is expected to play against Baltimore on Sunday.

Commentary: Henry is one of the best No. 3 receivers in the league, so he will take some pressure off Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh.

Fantasy Football Impact: Henry will step into the spot that has been held down by Glenn Holt, who has 15 receptions this season. Henry has been a big red-zone target for the Bengals, and he might steal some of the looks that have been going to Houshmandzadeh (10 touchdowns).
