St. Louis quarterback Marc Bulger returned to practice Wednesday after missing the Rams' win over Atlanta last Sunday with a concussion. Bulger was hurt early in the previous game against the Seattle Seahawks. He passed a brain test Tuesday and was cleared to practice, and he is expected to start Sunday in Cincinnati. Backup QB Gus Frerotte, however, will miss the game with a sprained shoulder suffered last Sunday. Brock Berlin figures to back up Bulger.

Commentary: The Rams have been hurting all season, and this just typifies the reason for most of their struggles.

Fantasy Football Impact: Bulger will have all of his offensive weapons at his disposal, so as long as he is healthy and thinking straight, he could have a big game against the Bengals' bad defense.
