Brian Griese is back in as the Chicago Bears' starting quarterback after Rex Grossman suffered an injury to his left knee against Washington on Thursday. Grossman probably will miss the rest of the season, meaning Griese will start and be backed up by Kyle Orton.

Commentary: Grossman just isn't cut out to be a No. 1 quarterback. He can't stay healthy or play consistently well, and his best bet is probably as a backup somewhere when his contract expires at the end of this season. That might be the best he can hope for considering he now won't have a chance to prove to other teams that he can win.

Fantasy Football Impact: Griese threw for 295 yards and a touchdown against Washington and certainly provides an upgrade over Grossman, who has just four TD passes this season.
