Brett Favre practiced Friday and will be under center for the Packers' game against the Oakland Raiders this Sunday, despite separating his left shoulder and injuring nerves in his right elbow in last's week loss at Dallas.

Comment: The Packers had 10 days between the Dallas and Oakland games, so Favre was able to take advantage of the extra days to heal. But, still, you have to wonder if any other quarterback could have come back so quickly. Favre will start in his 250th straight game.

Fantasy Football Impact: The Raiders' run defense is ranked 30th in the NFL, and the Packers may lean heavily on running back Ryan Grant to take pressure off Favre's banged-up shoulder and sore elbow. It's hard to sit Favre in playoff time, but temper your expectations.
