Marc Bulger will miss his second straight game today, leaving the St. Louis Rams with third-string quarterback Brock Berlin to lead them against Cincinnati. Gus Frerotte played in Bulger's place last week but sustained an injury to his throwing shoulder.

Commentary: We'll see if Berlin can be the third Rams quarterback to win a game this season. At least he can hand the ball off to running back Steven Jackson.

Fantasy Football Impact: Hopefully Bulger owners have secured a decent backup by now. Berlin is simply not a fantasy option.
