The San Diego Chargers are hurting as they try to lock up the AFC West. Fullback Lorenzo Neal broke his right fibula Sunday against Tennessee, and linebacker Shawne Merriman and quarterback Philip rivers both have sprained left knees. Neal is out indefinitely, Merriman will miss at least the Chargers' next game, against Detroit, and Rivers said he plans to play against the Lions.

Fantasy Football Impact: Neal's absence could affect LaDainian Tomlinson a bit, but not that much.
