Tampa Bay quarterback Jeff Garcia is expected to start this week after missing the past two-plus games with a bruised lower back. He was injured on the first play against Washington on Nov. 25. Luke McCown had started for the Bucs the past two weeks, leading Tampa to a win over New Orleans but failing to help the Bucs clinch the NFC South against Houston on Sunday. While Garcia should return, receiver Ike Hilliard might miss the next game with a bruised upper back.

Commentary: The Bucs can clinch the division by beating Atlanta this Sunday, and could do it with either quarterback. But Garcia apparently is healthy enough to go.

Fantasy Football Impact: Garcia hasn't been much of a fantasy player, with just four quality performances in the 10 full games he has played. McCown had a monster day against the Saints, with 313 yards and two scores, but this is not his time.
