No more QB controversy in Chicago: Orton will start

With Rex Grossman injured and Brian Griese ineffective, the Chicago Bears will go with third-string quarterback Kyle Orton next Monday against Minnesota. Orton has not started a game since 2005, when he started 15 times as a rookie and helped the Bears win the NFC North.

Commentary: So much for that QB controversy between Grossman and Griese. Now the only question apparently is whether Griese will join Grossman, a pending free agent, on the way out the door. What a turn of events for the defending NFC champions.

Fantasy Football Impact: Orton has a few weapons -- like Bernard Berrian and Muhsin Muhammad -- but it remains to be seen whether he can use them.
