Pittsburgh defensive end Aaron Smith will miss the rest of the season with a torn biceps suffered against New England last Sunday. Nick Eason, who played when Smith missed time with a knee injury earlier this season, will start, and Travis Kirschke will factor in as well. The Steelers put Smith on injured reserve and signed D-lineman Ryan McBean off the practice squad.

Commentary: Smith was a key cog in the Steelers' 3-4 defense, able to take up blockers so Pittsburgh's linebackers could blitz. His loss will be felt in the running game as well.

Fantasy Football Impact: Other than weakening a strong defense, none.
