Miami coach Cam Cameron changed starting quarterbacks for the third time this season, reinserting Cleo Lemon ahead of rookie John Beck, who lost all four starts. Lemon will try to get the Dolphins (0-13) their first win this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Lemon also went 0-4 in his previous stint as starter. "I think we can get this thing rolling," Lemon told reporters. "I think we can get our first win."

Commentary: The Dolphins will get a win, whether it's against the Ravens this week or against the Cincinnati Bengals in the season finale. It would be fitting if they could somehow pull off the upset of the decade by taking out the undefeated New England Patriots next week, but that is not going to happen.

Fantasy Football Impact: Lemon's best game came at Cleveland, when he threw for two touchdowns and ran for two. But he didn't do much after that.
