Jeff Garcia -- and his back -- are apparently back.

The Tampa Bay quarterback had missed the last two games with back problems, but he practiced with the first unit Thursday and is expected to be the starter against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

Commentary Luke McCown did OK in Garcia's absence, but the latter is definitely the undisputed No. 1 --182 completions in 282 attempts for 2,135 yards, 11 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Plus, the Bucs can clinch the NFC South with a victory over the free-falling Falcons.

Fantasy Impact: If you have Garcia and your other quarterback isn't Tom Brady or Brett Favre, you might consider playing him -- the Falcons are toast.
