Vinny Testaverde is a late inactive for Sunday's matchup against Seattle, leaving rookie quarterback Matt Moore as Carolina's fourth starter of the season. Testaverde did not practice all week because of an unspecified injury. Coach John Fox called it "general soreness."

Commentary: Moore has seen spot action this season, but his inexperience will likely be evident against a strong Seattle pass rush.

Fantasy Football Impact: Wide receiver Steve Smith has been slowed all season because of poor quarterback play, and the same should be expected today.
