The Chargers' leading rusher Sunday against the Lions was not LaDainian Tomlinson, even though he went for 116 yards and two scores. Backup Darren Sproles got plenty of action and racked up 122 yards and two touchdowns of his own. All told, the Chargers scored 51 points to the Lions' 14.

Commentary: The Chargers clinched the AFC West, so Sproles could see plenty of action down the stretch while Tomlinson rests for the playoffs.

Fantasy Football Impact: Tomlinson helped a lot of fantasy teams win today. Next week is the fantasy football championship for most leagues, and owners have to be praying that the Chargers utilize their top back.
