Coach Eric Mangini said he will wait until late in the week -- prehaps just before game time -- to decide who will start at quarterback for his New York Jets when they play the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Kellen Clemens hurt a rib and was replaced by Chad Pennington against New England last weekend.

Commentary: Mangini also wouldn't commit to Clemens even if he's healthy, making "Mangenius" the latest coach to waver on whom to pick as his starting QB. If he can't decide, it means one of two things: (1) the Jets have no QB; (2) Mangini and his staff don't know enough about offense to figure out which QB should play. Clemens has not played well since taking over the starting gig from Pennington six weeks ago, but Pennington has no pop in his passing arm.

Fantasy Football Impact: Pennington was his usual unimpressive self, throwing for just 186 yards in 38 attempts -- a measly average of 4.9 yards per attempt (anything under 6.0 is bad). With a twice-repaired passing shoulder, he just can't get the ball downfield. He never has been a fantasy star.
