Dallas safety Roy Williams was suspended by the NFL after his third illegal "horse collar" tackle of the season. He will miss the Cowboys' game against Carolina on Saturday night. Williams was assessed a 15-yard penalty after he tackled Philadelphia QB Donovan McNabb by the collar from behind in the Eagles' 10-6 win Sunday.

Commentary: Williams was already one of the most overrated players in the NFL (he's horrible in coverage), and now he is one of the dumbest. The horse-collar rule was imposed because of him, and yet he continues to use the illegal -- and unethical -- tactic to bring down players from behind. Can a guy be any more overrated and stupid?

Fantasy Football Impact: None.
