Bush practices but remains mum on playing status

New Orleans running back Reggie Bush practiced Wednesday, just two weeks after he was diagnosed with a torn left knee ligament. But neither he nor the Saints would say whether he would play against Philadelphia.

Commentary: The Saints need to be smart about using Bush. Doing so before he is completely healthy would jeopardize his potential availability for the playoffs. Granted, the team needs to make the playoffs first, but Bush had not been contributing in very positive ways before he was hurt anyway.

Fantasy Football Impact: Aaron Stecker has performed admirably over the past two weeks, rushing for 195 yards and adding 53 receiving yards. If Bush returns, Stecker's suddenly soaring value will plummet.
