Apparently, Atlanta wasn't far enough south for Bill Parcells.

Parcells signed a four-year contract as executive vice president in charge of football operations for the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, under a day after rejecting a similar deal with the Falcons.

Most recently head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Parcells will report directly to owner Wayne Huizenga.

Commentary: Parcells has said he will not seek to coach the Dolphins, but he'll have a strong say in whether Cam Cameron continues to do so. Miami is 1-13, which obviously is unacceptable to someone with Parcells' track record.

Fantasy Football Impact: Not this year.
