Dallas coach Wade Philllips said receiver Terrell Owens probably will be a game-time decision when the Cowboys host the New York Giants on Sunday. "He probably couldn't have played today," Phillips said of Owens, who suffered a high ankle sprain Dec. 22 at Carolina and was still limping Monday as the team went through a light workout. "It was a limp-through for him, a walkthrough for us," Phillips cracked.

Commentary: Owens' teammates think he is going to play, which means he probably will. "I don't know if 81 is at full strength," fellow wideout Patrick Crayton said, "but he's good enough to where he said he was going to practice this week so he can get some timing back and everything." Even if Owens plays, his effectiveness will be in doubt. And that means the Cowboys' chances against the Giants are in doubt.

Fantasy Football Impact: It would be tough to use Owens in any fantasy playoff format simply because he might not end up playing much or being very efffective.
