Giants tuck defensive end back in fold with five-year deal

Justin Tuck, a backup defensive end for the New York Giants, has agreed to a five-year contract extension that could be worth $30 million, including $16 million in bonuses. He will remain signed through 2013.

Commentary: Tuck figures to take over for Michael Strahan, who is nearing retirement. Strahan almost retired last year, missing all of camp before reporting for the season. In mostly backup duty, Tuck had 65 tackles and 10 sacks this season.
