David Givens, who has played in just five games since joining the Tennessee Titans in 2006, has had his left knee surgically repaired for a third time in 14 months. After signing a five-year, $24 million deal in 2006, Givens suffered a torn ACL in a game that November and has not played since.

Commentary: This seems likely to be the end of a once promising career for the 27-year-old, who spent his first four seasons in New England. Meanwhile, the Titans have failed to find a consistent playmaker like they expected Givens to be.

Fantasy Football Impact: None, considering Givens hasn't played in over a year.
