The Giants agreed to trade tight end Jeremy Shockey to the Saints for second- and fifth-round draft picks in 2009. According to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, the deal was the same the Saints offered the Giants before the 2008 draft, but it was turned down back then.

Commentary: Shockey will be reunited with former Giants offensive coordinator and current Saints head coach Sean Payton in New Orleans. Shockey was outspoken in his desire to be a bigger part of his now-former team's passing game, and his criticism of the organization is a big reason he's now a Saint.

Fantasy Impact:
With Shockey back in a pass-heavy offense in New Orleans, look for him to return to a spot among the top three statistical TEs in the league. The Saints have been one of the best passing teams in the NFL the last two seasons since acquiring quarterback Drew Brees.
