Have you ever had a crazy girlfriend or boyfriend who wants to cuddle up next to you and then later that night keyed your car and wrote "We're over," in show polish on it? That is pretty much what the Jacksonville Jaguars are to their fans. In Week 5, they broke hearts in a loss to the Steelers. Last Sunday? The Jags kicked Denver around in a 24-17 victory.

Commentary: What was the most confusing part is that the Jaguars, almost always solid at home, were able to knock off Denver on the road. That almost never happens in Denver, where the Broncos hadn't lost since last Oct. 29. The win brought Jacksonville to 3-3 and will hopefully set the tone for the next few games. Then again, though, you can never reason with a crazy ex or football team.

Two patients in the Jags asylum, quarterback David Garrard and running back Maurice Jones-Drew, had outstanding games. Garrard threw for 276 yards and Jones-Drew broke out for 125 yards and two touchdowns. This was the team we expected to see coming out this year.

Fantasy Football Commentary: If you have Jones-Drew you must be ripping your hair out. Prior to the Denver game, there wasn't much reason to believe he was going to put up numbers that had him in the top 10 running backs. Now he is a must-start at RB2 or a flex position.

Injury Watch: DB Reggie Nelson missed the Bronco game with a knee injury. There is no word at the moment if he will sit out Jacksonville's next game, an Oct. 26 meeting with Cleveland.
