The Detroit Lions and Dominic Raiola have agreed on a 5 year contract that will keep the veteran center off the free-agent market.

The 26 year old Hawaii native, who was a second round draft pick in 2001 out of Nebraska, has started every game at center for the Lions the past three seasons after being used primarily on special teams his rookie year.
