The Detroit Lions re-signed defensive tackle Marcus Bell to a 3 year pact.

The 6'2", 326 lbs. DT played all 16 games for the Lions in 2004. He finished the season with 26 tackles, 2 sacks and 1 forced fumble.

The former Memphis Tiger was a fourth round draft pick for the Arizona Cardinals in 2001. He was with the Cardinals from 2001-2003 before coming to the Lions last year. In 4 years as a pro, the 25 year old Bell has recorded 106 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and 6 passes defended in 58 games.
