Minnesota quarterback Clint Brewster will transfer to another school next season.

Commentary: Clint is the son of Gophers head football coach Tim Brewster. Prospects of playing time dimmed dramatically for Clint Brewster when Adam Weber was named Minnesota's starting quarterback as a freshman last season.

"I respect and admire Clint's decision to further his education and play football elsewhere," said Tim Brewster after his son's announcement was made.
