It will be a battle for Florida bragging rights tonight as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers welcome the Jacksonville Jaguars to town. This will be the second pre-season game for both teams.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Byron Leftwich was ineffective in his first outing against the other Florida team, the Miami Dolphins. He'll once again get the start and is expected to play into the second quarter before backup David Garrard takes over. Star running back Fred Taylor is still sidelined and will not play. The team hopes to have him back for the regular season opener vs. Seattle on September 11th. He is being brought along slowly after off-season knee surgery. Rookie Alvin Pearman will once again see most of the carries in Taylor's place.

For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the starters will once again play sparingly as they did last week in their victory against the Tennessee Titans. Quarterback Brian Greise will start, but backups Chris Simms and Luke McCown will see most of the action. Rookie 1st round pick Carnell "Cadillac" Williams could see his first action of the pre-season tonight. The Buccaneers are thin at running back with Mike Alstott still out.
