Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Bill Cowher said his starting units will play the entire first half in this one. He is looking for better production out of his no. 1 offensive unit, who has yet to score a touchdown this pre-season. All of the scoring has been by the defense and special teams, QB Ben Roethlisberger has gotten out of the gate slowly, as he is still trying to get his timing down. Starting RB Jerome Bettis will get more carries this week, as he only has 5 in the first two. Also look for Hines Ward, who ended his holdout two weeks ago, to play more than just the two series he played vs. the Dolphins this past Saturday night.

Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs plans on splitting snaps evenly between his three QBs, Patrick Ramsey, Mark Brunell, and rookie Jason Campbell. Also look for starting running back Clinton Portis to see considerably more action than he's seen in the first two games. Unlike the offense, the Washington defense continues to look strong, especially now that they're getting healthy bodies back in the secondary.
