Jacksonville signed TE Greg Estandia, S Jamaal Fudge and DEs Jeremy Mincey and James Wyche to Exclusive-Rights deals Tuesday.

Because none of the four had four years of tenure or more, they are not allowed to negotiate deals with other teams unless their present team gave them their release. Wyche and Estandia spent 2007 on injured-reserve, while Fudge played in 14 games and Mincey played in six. Both played in both of Jacksonville's playoff games.

Commentary: Fudge is a consistent contributor on special teams, and both he and Mincey provided the Jags with service in a playoff win at Pittsburgh, and a loss at New England. All four players will be restricted free agents after this season.
