Buffalo came to terms with Exclusive Rights free agents CB Dustin Fox and WR Scott Mayle Wednesday. The team had tendered them earlier in the off-season, meaning they were not able to negotiate with other teams.

Commentary: Both players were on the Bills' practice squad last season, with Fox appearing in five games in the second half of the year.
