Miami Dolphins running back Reagan Mauia was charged with punching a man in the face and knocking him unconscious in a restaurant parking lot Friday. The victim, Michael Gianatassio, went to a hospital afterwards, where he was treated and released. Mauia, on the other hand, fled the scene but was found later after a witness took a picture of his vehicle.

According to witnesses, Gianatassio and his girlfriend were walking by when Mauia asked him what he was looking at. Gianatassio said that he wasn’t looking at anyone, which apparently compelled Mauia to punch him.

Doesn’t sound very good for Mauia, now does it? The Dolphins aren’t commenting on the situation until they get more information.
