Raiders sign veteran CB Starks to one-year deal

The Raiders added some depth to their defensive secondary by signing CB Duane Starks to a one-year deal Tuesday. This is Starks' third consecutive year signing with Oakland.

After losing CB Chris Carr in restricted free agency to Tennessee, the Raiders are looking for Starks to compete for time behind newly signed CB DeAngelo Hall and veteran Nnamdi Asomugha -- who was given the franchise tag this offseason.
