Brett Favre and Steve McNair, both Mississippi natives, had home and family on their minds when the Green Bay Packers visited the Tennessee Titans tonight. The Packers edged the Titans 21-17.

Favre Looked sharp in limited action. He was 4 of 8 for 49 yards and one touchdown. He connected with Javon Walker on a 4-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Ahman Green was held out of the game. His backup, Najeh Davenport, didn't do much. He managed only 15 yards on seven carries. Rookie Aaron Rodgers looked good in extended action. He threw for 92 yards and one touchdown on 9 of 13 passing.

McNair was 5 of 8 for 30 yards. Chris Brown added 28 yards and a touchdown. Billy Volek was 11 of 18 for 119 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. Drew Bennett caught five passes including a 20-yard touchdown grab.
