Congratulations to slayton for winning our "Post of Week" contest and to zippy916 for winning our Baltimore Ravens Ad Libs contest!

Slayton won "Post of Week" honors by offering up a fairly interesting parallel between Raiders owner Al Davis and Cuban dictator Fidel Castro:

"Al Davis = Fidel Castro. He did great things back in the day, but now we all suffer under him."

Slayton’s comment was so polarizing that it even got a rise out of a fellow reader later on in the comment thread.

Zippy916 won the Ad Libs contest by taking a shot at Ray Lewis’ distant legal problems stemming from a post-Super Bowl altercation many years ago:

"When I first heard that the Baltimore Ravens were brawling at practice, I just had to refresh the web browser. Someone needs to remind those guys to keep the fights in the back of a limo before they stab each other out in the open where they'll be seen..."

Both users will receive $25 gift certificates to the vendors of their choice, so make sure to participate in next week's contest for a chance to earn some loot of your own!
