Bills: Signed fifth-round linebacker Alvin Bowen (four years, no value disclosed).

Broncos: Signed second-round wide receiver Eddie Royal (four years, no value disclosed).

Chiefs: Released quarterback David Green, fullback Steven Jackson and cornerback Jason Horton.

Colts: Signed second-round center Mike Pollack; fourth-round tight end Jacob Tamme; fifth-round defensive end Marcus Howard; sixth-rounders Mike Hart (running back) and Steve Justice (center).

Cowboys: Signed fourth-round running back Tashard Choice (four years, no value given).

Packers: Signed fourth-round offensive lineman Josh Sitton (no length or value disclosed) and fifth-round offensive tackle Breno Giacomini (no length or value disclosed).

Panthers: Claimed offensive tackle Charles Spencer off waivers from Houston.
