Bears: Released fullback J.D. Runnels.

Bengals: Signed third-round defensive tackle Pat Sims (no length or terms disclosed) and sixth-round safety Corey Lynch (no length or terms disclosed); released cornerback Blue Adams.

Bills: Signed second-round wide receiver James Hardy (no length or terms disclosed), third-round DE Chris Ellis (no length or terms disclosed) and sixth-round running back Xavier Omon.

Colts: Signed third-round linebacker Philip Wheeler (four-year contract) and seventh-round offensive lineman Jamey Richard (four-year contract); claimed center Doug Datish from waivers; released quarterback Josh Betts and O-lineman Mike Elgin.

Cowboys: Signed second-round tight end Martellus Bennett (four-year contract); released linebacker Khari Long.

Packers: Signed fourth-round defensive end Jeremy Thompson (four years, $501,000 signing bonus).

Patriots: Signed D-lineman Titus Adams.
