Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Johnson has always been a talker and this week was no exception. In this particular instance, his play was all the Minnesota Vikings could talk about, as Johnson made his presence felt early and often en route to an easy 37-8 victory for the Bengals. Johnson hauled in a 70-yard touchdown pass on the second play from scrimmage. He ended up with 170 yards receiving and one touchdown. Carson Palmer completed his first nine passes on the way to a 27 for 40 and 337 yards with 3 touchdown passes.

The Minnesota Vikings faired much differently on offense. Daunte Culpepper had one of the worst games of his career by throwing five interceptions and the Vikings had a total of seven turnovers in the game. The Vikings haven't been able to get anything going offensively since trading Randy Moss and losing Matt Birk to injury. Cincinnati's defense had the Vikings off balance all day which contributed to the poor play by the Vikings. Even a franchise record 17 penalties by the Cincinnati Bengals couldn't help the struggling Vikings offense.

Cincinnati runs their record to 2-0 while the Vikings fall to 0-2.
