The Seattle Seahawks (2-1) head to FedEx Field to take on the Washington Redskins (2-0). Kickoff is set for 1:00 pm ET in Landover, Maryland.

The Seattle offense was able to move the ball up and down the field with ease in last week's 37-12 victory over Arizona. Shaun Alexander rushed for 140 yards and 4 touchdowns, while Matt Hasselbeck completed 20-of-31 passes for 242 yards.

Things should be a lot tougher this week, though, because the Redskins' defense is second in the league against the run. That means Hasselbeck will have to utilize receivers Darrell Jackson, Bobby Engram, and Peter Warrick more often in order to provide balance for the ground game. The Washington 'D' likes to blitz, and because Hasselbeck's mobility is so limited, the Seattle Seahawks offensive line is going to have to step up their protection or Hasselbeck could be in for a long day.

The Washington Redskins had a bye last week, so they should be well-rested for this contest. Their last game was back on September 19 when they scored two touchdowns in the last few minutes of the fourth quarter to beat Dallas 14-13.

Mark Brunell will start at quarterback for the second time since replacing an injured Patrick Ramsey in Week One's win over Chicago. Brunell was 20-of-34 for 291 yards with 2 TDs and an interception against the Cowboys. Santana Moss has been Brunell's go-to receiver so far. Moss racked up 159 yards on 5 catches in the Dallas game, including the two touchdowns, and he'll be looking to put up similar numbers against Seattle.

Running back Clinton Portis rushed for only 52 yards on 17 attempts against the Cowboys. He'll have to get more carries this week to help keep the Seahawks' defense honest. Portis, who scored a total of 34 touchdowns in his previous three seasons, has yet to find the end zone this year.
