Just one week after feeling like they received the wrong end of the officiating stick in their loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Detroit Lions had plenty of penalty flags go their way in route to a 35-17 victory over the Baltimore Ravens.

Baltimore came within one flag short of setting an NFL record, as they racked up 21 infractions and two ejections in the loss. Linebacker Terrell Suggs and safety B.J. Ward were both kicked out of the game in the third quarter for arguing with officials, and in Ward's case, making contact with one.

The Detroit Lions jumped in front early thanks to two scoring runs from Kevin Jones, who carried 26 times for 58 yards. His backup, Shawn Bryson, had the biggest run with a 77-yarder to put the game out of reach. They survived a lackluster performance from quarterback Joey Harrington, who was intercepted twice with only 97 yards passing.

For the Baltimore Ravens, Anthony Wright threw two touchdowns, but was also intercepted twice while going 20-of-37 for 230 yards. Running back Jamal Lewis caught one of his scoring throws and added 95 yards on the ground on 19 carries.
