This is a classic "stay away from" game that's hard to predict. Who knows how Washington responds to all the turmoil, or how Philly bounces back from an embarrassing loss at Oakland. There should be lots of Philly fans in Washington and the Eagles should win and cover the 7 points. But you just never know with a weird game like this. I'd say just play the UNDER (37.5).
