Last week Coach Jargon was fired 10 weeks into the NFL and while they have an intern in it's place as head coach of the Bills, there's talks that Coach Mike Shannah is the leading canadiate for the Head Coaching job next year. So let's say If the Bills do offer the job to Coach Mike Shannah and he says yes, what would it be like. I have some suggestion If I was in Coach Shannah shoes's.
First off I would fire all the coaching staff in Buffalo, and start fresh. Next I would hire Coach Bill Parcells as my consultant and adviser to tell me which players I need to draft in 2010, as well as the free agents. Next I would set up my new coaching staff of the following (Now some might be sketchy, but it's only a rough draft); My Offensive Coordinator would be John Elway. John has done great while playing in Denver, and could shade some light into something new in Buffalo.
Defensive Coordinator would be Bruce Smith, who knows more about Buffalo's defense better than Bruce Smith, Defensive Line Coach would Karl Meckenburg, this guy was one of the meanest, hardest hitting player in the NFL while playing for Denver. Linebackers coach would be Bill Romanski, now he's one crazy dude, but this guy lived, and breathe football in his day as a 49ers, and Denver. Running Backs coach would Terrell Davis, Wide Receivers Coach would be Shannon Sharpe, and special teams coach would be Steve Tasker.
Those are the men that I chose to help Coach Mike Shannah run the Bills, hopefully for the Bills fans they won't be disappointed next year.
