Ok. Enough is enough. I gotta break it down. It's killin me to listen to all the garbage.

1. The Bills don't win.
2. The Bills don't win because they don't have the talent.
3. There is no coach in America that is going to turn this team around with this talent.
4. Many coach prospects get that.
5. Many coach prospects get that many Bills coaches are made scapegoats..for the fact that the Bills do not have the talent.
6. Many coach prospects understand that until things change where they need to...it's not going to change.
7. Buddy Nix isn't fixing anything.
8. The problem is...

Ralph Wilson has and continues to invest his trust into 3 Men. Tom Modrak, John Guy, and Russ Brandon. The fact is ..that he continues to keep them on board, and running this ship. The fact is that these three men, are the reason why this ship has taken on water for 10 years in a row. The fact is that this ship is so full of water now that it might very well end up on the ocean floor.

There is a saying...you all know. Insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting different results. You all know that.

You now have coaches who's LIFE DREAM is to have a head coaching NFL job saying.."no way, not that one".

The reason..Ralph...is because you have aligned yourself and continue to align yourself with men that cannot lead at this level of competition.

Sorry Ralph. That's what those assistant coaches aren't telling you.
