University of Southern California defensive tackle Manuel Wright has announced he will enter the NFL supplemental draft. Wright is eligible for the draft since he has been out of high school 3 years.

The 6'6", 290 lbs. DT was used mostly as a backup to All-American Shaun Cody in 2004. He started 2 games USC last year as a sophomore.

Wright had 23 tackles - including 6 for a loss - and recovered 2 fumbles in 11 games played. However, he had struggled to stay academically-eligible for coach Pete Carroll's squad following a brief stint in junior college to shore up his grades.
