Atlanta defensive tackle Rod Coleman will miss the first 2-4 weeks of the Falcons' season because of arthroscopic knee surgery. Coleman was inactive throughout training camp and the preseason thanks to offseason surgery on his ruptured right quadriceps.

Commentary: The bad news continues for Atlanta, obviously. The 285-pound Coleman leads all DTs in sacks over the past five seasons, having taken down opposing quarterbacks a total of 44.5 times. The Falcons will try to make do with Jonathan Babineaux starting in place of Coleman, 31.

Fantasy Football Impact: It's probably a good idea to avoid nearly every Falcon, defense included, in fantasy football this year. Warrick Dunn, Jerious Norwood and Alge Crumpler are the only guys worth drafting.
